About the Role:
As a Childcare Trainee, you will learn to support the development and wellbeing of children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. You’ll work alongside experienced educators while completing your formal training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children
- Support the implementation of educational programs and activities
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Follow centre policies and procedures at all times

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
